This location is horrible. The old man running it was incredibly rude to my wife and I. He is also very bad with computers and takes an incredibly long time. He also told us we were on his time and on his private property so that the dog he had that is running free without a collar was not kept away despite the fact that we are allergic. He said when we got there that if we wanted his help we had to go fast (we were getting our kids out of our car) because he had work to do and wouldn't help us after his hands got dirty. If this had been my only experience with U-haul I would never use them again. Avoid this man and this location.
